- Lower Body HIIT
- 1 circuit x Repeat 4x.
- 6 exercises total, 45 seconds of work x 15 seconds of rest.
- Rest 1 minute in between rounds!
1) Walking DB Lunges
2) Ice skaters
3) Step Ups (bodyweight or weighted)
4) Pop Squats
5) Squat + Alt. Front Kick
6) 5 high knees + 5 squat pulses
Day 1 finisher: 1 min. Wall sit - 3x
