-Upper Body HIIT
-2 circuits. Repeat each 3x.
-40 sec. Of work x 20 seconds rest
-Rest 1 min. Between rounds!
CIRCUIT 1
1) Push Up + Alt. Front Reach
2) Jump Rope / Air Jumping
3) Tricep Chair Dips
4) Jump Rope / Air Jumping
CIRCUIT 2
1) Front raises x Lateral raises (if you don’t have weights, grab soup cans!)
2) High Knees
3) Push Up + Alt. Side Reach
4) High Knees
