Here is a description of your Day 3 bootcamp workout!
-Lower Body HIIT
-1 circuit x Repeat 4x.
-6 exercises total, 45 seconds of work x 15 seconds of rest.
-Rest 1 minute in between rounds!
1) Walking Overhead DB Lunges
2) Ice skaters
3) Step Ups + Knee Drive (bodyweight or weighted)
4) Pop Squats
5) Squat + Alt. Front Kick
6) 5 high knees + 5 squat pulses
Day 1 finisher: 1 min. Wall sit - 3x
